- Best Care Plumbing, Heating & Air must have a written quote from a legitimate, licensed heating and A/C contractor and their deal MUST appear to be better to receive $500 off.
- Best Care must have the opportunity to meet the written price before it is installed.
- The price must be from a local, licensed HVAC contractor.
- The competitor’s quote must be within the past 10 days.
- Quotes by competitor’s are subject to verification by Best Care Plumbing, Heating & Air and does not include rates offered on membership or maintenance programs, incentives, prices obtained via auction or similar process. Prices are available only by using a coupon or another promotion offered to the general public.
- We will match the bid. Meaning installation, equipment level, install, warranty etc.
- Valid for HVAC install and replacement only. Does not include repairs.
- Best Care Home Services reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Match Promise or restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your Price Match Promise will affect any coupon or gift card that a competitor may have already issued to you. The failure by Best Care Home Services to enforce any provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
